Perbagaran is the Chief Risk Officer of Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (CGC). He joined CGC in August 2005 as the Head of Internal Audit.

In March 2008, he was promoted to Senior Manager of Asset Management overseeing Loan Monitoring and Rehabilitation, Claims and Subrogation and Recovery.

Subsequently, in January 2012 he was promoted to Assistant General Manager. His current responsibility as Chief Risk Officer include ensuring risks relating to credit, market, operational, asset liability and liquidity of the Corporation are identified, assessed, managed, monitored and reported to the senior management and Board.

Perbagaran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University Utara Malaysia and Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University. He is a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) as well as an associate member of Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia and Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He also holds Advance Credit Enhancer (ACE) qualification.

Datuk Dr. A. T. Kumararajah

Secretary General of Malaysian Associated Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MAICCI)

Qualified with his medical degree (MD) in 1998 and then went on to specialize and complete his Obstetrics & Gynaecology by obtaining the Membership of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (MRCOG) in 2005. Since then he has also completed his MBA specializing in Strategic Management from Maastricht (Netherlands) in 2007.

He was a JPA Scholar and worked with the Ministry of Health (MOH) from the time of qualification in 1998 for 10 years. That was followed by a 2-year stint with the multinational pharmaceutical company Sanofi Aventis as their Medical Advisor. After that, he went on to work for the largest healthcare company in the world – Abbott, for their Malaysian office as their Medical Director. His last stint with Abbott was as their Regional Medical Director for ASEAN.

He has also served as the Hon Secretary General for MALAYSIAN ASSOCIATED INDIAN CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (MAICCI) on 2015-2017, which is the apex body for all Indian Chambers of Commerce in Malaysia, representing over 30,000 members nationwide.

He was appointed by the in August 2012 to become the founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Secretariat For Empowerment Of Indian Entrepreneurs (SEED), Prime Minister’s Department and then a Director of Economic and Human Capital Development in SEDIC until November 2017. In his private ventures, her runs entities involved in Healthcare IT and logistics.

More than 19 years experiences working as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Head of Department in Construction Industry, including 3 years working experience in Bangalore & Chennai, India in Road Works (National Highways).

Managing Director in Earth Build Construction Sdn Bhd ("EBCSB") for the last 3 years and he specialises in property development, building/Highrise construction, infrastructure construction, design & build bungalows, house renovation and project management.

He has received the “Perdana Young Entrepreneur Award - Industry Excellent / Category Construction” for his company, Earth Build Construction Sdn Bhd in 2018.
